I have always been just as interested in making people think while they perform an exercise as much as i am in making them feel. My approach allows the body i work with to look differently at exercise and movement in general. when I work, i tap into the intelligence of the body using various forms of exercise, exercise science and movement based training methods like pilates, garuda, barre and callanetics.

My approach to wellbeing is holistic. Food, nutrition and our daily choices shape up who we are and how we carry ourselves in daily life; my objective is to encourage people to be confident and make changes through offering them  Fitness, wellbeing and beauty tips, food advice and recipes.
