Body by Lara is a Multimedia platform that provides digital video workouts designed by Lara to suit your needs. We make working out convenient, providing you with a personalized fitness routine that fits your preferences that can be done anywhere, at any time.

Most Body by Lara workouts do not require equipment. For workouts that do require equipment substitute options exist, such as small towels in place of gliders, a sturdy chair in place of a ballet barre, or a couple of thick books in place of a yoga block. If you have equipment that you would like to use you can filter classes by equipment needed, allowing you to find classes that use the equipment you have.

Body by Lara releases fresh new video workouts at least once a month, but we may release videos as frequently as once per week. To get notified when new workouts release, set up email notifications in the My Account page and follow us on IG at bodybylara.

To make the most of your membership, you can either choose workouts which target the specific areas which you would like to work on, or choose one of Lara’s customized workout focus plans that matches your needs and body type.

All of the workouts featured on the site were created by Lara herself for Body by Lara. We produce all our own video content, which means we actually take our production crew inside the real studio so it’s available exclusively to you.

Body by Lara content can be viewed directly on the site and is accessible from any web browser.

Yes! All workouts available on Body by Lara remain authentic to the studio, and we offer a variety of workouts that you can choose from to suit your needs. Workouts vary in length, content and focus, allowing you to meet your personal goals while getting the most for your time and money.

Cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period, meaning there are no partial refunds or credits for cancelled memberships. Our cancellation period is 24 hours before your renewal date, so please be sure to email us before then.

If you are in a free trial period, you will be charged once the trial ends for whichever membership type you chose. If you’re not satisfied with your experience during the trial period, you can cancel your account before your trial ends and you will not be charged.
