Lara has spent years developing her method, which integrates movement-based workout techniques designed to get you sweaty and sculpt your body into a stronger and better shape. The result is a balanced body that moves with ease, a stronger core and better posture.

“We are all different in our physicality and makeup. My goal is to deliver workouts that are inclusive, to benefit all body types and needs. I use the barre, the floor, weights, pilates springs, elastic bands and gliders to challenge the body, build up muscular strength, control and definition.

My workout concepts are designed to complement each other allowing streamers to choose easily based on daily personal needs. “

PILATES & PILATES BY PURSUIT: a variety of Pilates workouts choreographed with your body in mind, with varied, detailed & rich content. The workouts address issues, which hinder overall well-being, rebalance and realign your musculoskeletal system. You will improve your strength, muscular structure, function and performance.

BODY LAB & ATHLETIC CONDITIONING: Body Lab: is your rehabilitation and rejuvenation zone. Workouts deal with conditions such as osteoporosis, hip, disc issues, and back pain. Also including menopause specific workouts for women who are experiencing change in body composition & structure. It is the go-to section if you are in need of tension relief, recovery, and boosting cellular and joint health. Athletic Conditioning: tennis & rugby players, runners, and skiers, all types of sports will benefit from this section. The workouts are created to help bring the body back to balance, boost performance and offer functional training which is imperative to muscle building, reflexes & body control.

The Membership

The Body by Lara membership includes access to the library, with new workouts and workout plans being added on a regular basis, and the ability to stream library content any time you like. You will also gain complete access to Body by Lara TV, and special discounts on live virtual classes which will run sporadically throughout the year. Virtual classes can be purchased individually, or as a package. A membership is not required to join Lara’s live workouts.
