Burn and Sculpt

New to Matt Roberts pt studio body by lara Burn and Sculpt.

The warm up is a fusion of Pilates standing postures & barre moves off the matt to prepare the core, bring postural awareness and increase blood flow.

It’s an hour long class which integrates the most effective exercises using body weight and light resistance including elastic bands; transition through exercises brings the high energy element, so prepare to sweat.

Think floor barre, Pilates core work, low lunges and intervals that run throughout the body to create a shapely butt, a slim waist and a strong physique.
